These roles involve serving pilgrims during their sacred journey in areas such as accommodation, transport, and food services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Quota and Positions

The available positions are distributed across supervisory and supporting staff roles, with specific quotas assigned to various provinces and regions. A summary of the allocations is provided below:

Supervisory Positions (BS-17/18): 80 seats (Fresh + Repeater).
Field/Supporting Staff (BS-07/16): 800 seats (Fresh + Repeater).

Quota Breakdown: The provincial quotas include Punjab (49%), Sindh (Urban/Rural), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (11.5%), Baluchistan, ICT, Ex-FATA, Gilgit Baltistan, and AJK.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be regular government employees in BS-07 to BS-18.
Fresh Candidates: Age 25 to 50 years (DOB: 01-05-1975 to 30-04-2000).
Repeaters: Age 25 to 55 years (DOB: 01-05-1970 to 30-04-2000). Repeaters with a maximum of two previous Hajj duties are eligible.
Field and supporting staff roles require a minimum qualification of Matriculation.
Candidates must possess good physical health and provide a fitness certificate.

Selection Process: Applicants will undergo a written test and physical endurance test (5 km jogging/brisk walk) conducted by NTS. Shortlisted candidates must provide original documents for verification.
